Zachariah Stotter - Founder/Coordinator
Zach Stotter grew up in central Pennsylvania and was constantly fishing, swimming, and boating on the Susquehanna River. Zach attributes his love of nature and concern for the environment to a high school ecology class he took his junior year at Sunbury Christian Acadamy with Mr. John Hernandez. Zach attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania where he earned a bachelor's degree in political science . After graduating, Zach spent a year of service with AmeriCorps through the Union-Snyder County Action Agency's Core Susquehanna. It was during this time that the SRCP was born as a small group project that has turned in to so much more. Zach continues to coordinate the SRCP with hopes that the group can not only aid in beautifying the Susquehanna River through clean ups, but also serve as an agent of community revitalization and sustainable lifestyle awareness for the people of the Susquehanna River Valley. Zach now works for Sunbury's Revitalization, Inc. as the Development and Volunteer Coordinator, and he is also very involved in his church, Higher Hope.
